We at Micro Elevators had very bad experience with Just Dial few years back. Just Dial kept debiting ECS even after we asked them to stop the services. Our account were hit by approx ** ECS with parts.
This year again we renewed our contract on a assurance from Sales Team that no such things will happen again. We gave them a PDC and clearly told them to wait and not deposit the check. Instead, we will make online payment ASAP. It was also told them that after payment only we will start the contract.
JustDial deposited the check without any confirmation and it was bounced. Still we understood and told them now dont deposit we will make online transfer. Still these burglars again deposited the same check when it was told to keep it on hold multiple times.
Now they saying there is no refund policy. Please help.
