For past * years Amazon has been delivering packages to me and I have been paying through their pay on delivery option. Since past * year my packages were being tampered or opened and re-sealed. I brought this issue to their customer service, they responded and assured me that it wont happen again. My packages were tampered with again, repeatedly even after Amazon's assurances; so I started collecting evidence and complaining every time my package was tampered. On *st November **** I received a tampered package so I collected evidence and complained again, after this incidence they disabled my pay on delivery option. On requesting a reason they remained evasive and tried to blame the software. I want a reason for constant tampering with my packages and hopefully Amazon restoring my pay on delivery option.
