Hi,
For our home in Pune, we decided to avail of Livspace services. When we went to their office, they lured us in by offering a free hob chimney. Even I fought with them for free chimney which they denied delivering. They showed us something and offered us something else. The worst part started once we paid the booking amount, and they started working at the site.
Few of the issues faced are as below:
*. They don't supervise the work properly even after paying premium charges. We had to visit the site and Livspace office leaving our office many times.
*. The design for which I did payment was not materialised when the project reached halfway. They forced me to go ahead with something which was never agreed.
*. They don't do any follow-ups once the amount is paid. They will never revert timely and keep on dragging your concerns. I made several complaints via emails, phone calls and what’s up messages for design related issues, costing issues and poor civil work but things remained the same.
*. they took the wrong dimensions and made me pay extra for tiles. Tile work was not done properly, and many tiles were broken by them, and I made to buy extra tiles. Even they made me buy extra times which were never used.
*. I got a glass wall done from them and the glasses are having lots of scratched and few of the glasses are not installed properly. They did not revert on the same. Pics were shared with them.
*. After payment and agreeing on everything they forced me to pay extra for kitchen work and few other works. They made few verbal promises as well which were never fulfilled. Even the work was not carries out as per the design document prepared by them.
*. They kept on changing designer and site lead without any coordination among them and spoilt the entire project.
*. Painting work was pathetic and seepage issues were not addressed.
*. They gave me handover letter without completing the work which is not at all acceptable.
I’m enclosing all the email communication which they never relied properly.
In view of the above I want them to compensate for damages for the loss, inconvenience & mental trauma caused.
