Hi,
This is regarding complaint number WOIN*************. I have raised this complaint on *rd December and based on that technician visited at my place on *th December and during visit he mentioned there is no damage from outside and it's a damage from inside and I have recorded his statement. Now the technician reported it as damage, it's a dual standard behaviour from technician of MI is very surprising.
I am expecting some fruitful result from MI or please send another technician from MI who doesn't follow double standard, as I have all the recordings and screen print for the same.
He took the picture when TV was on and not when it was switched off.
Please advise asap. I am enclosing picture when it was off and on and decide and keep me posted.
