My pan card was supposed to be delivered by Trackon couriers to my communication address but instead they called me today n asked me to come to their office to collect it as they don't do deliveries or else they will return it. I have clearly got a mail from NSDL stating that it will be delivered to my address. Their office is not even close. They are calling me **kms away from my communication address.
