I am an old customer of Amazon.in and I received a product washing machine which was damaged. So I made a return request on that day only. After that, my product was not picked up until today. So I make a call to the Amazon customer help centre. One of the executives told me to wait for ** hrs. After ** hrs the product was not picked up so I make another call to another executive. He told me that I was provided with the wrong information. You have to wait for * days. So I waited then again I call the Amazon centre so they fill a form and advised to wait for * days. After being completing the given time I call them so again they told me to wait for * days.
They are only trying to forward or skip the issue that I have. Providing me same information and advising to wait for *-* days. I am receiving a message from the delivery company that your package will be delivered today and in the evening we are unable to pick up today. They all are just repeating the same thing.
