Sub: Quality of the service from Amazon
Dear Sir,
I am Arunkumar a regular customer of the site amazon.in. This is to bring to your notice, the quality of customer service that has been degrading from the past few months. The delivery packets are being swapped between different postal addresses.
I have ordered a ***-*******-******* for Old Tree Face Mask Pack Of * last month. I didn’t receive the mask on time, but the data on the site displayed that it was delivered. So I had to make a number of calls to connect to the concerned department. They acknowledged me that the courier is still on the way and that it was an error in the system that it displays a wrong message. They promised that the delivery would be done at the most within * to * days. It has been a week and I haven’t received my order yet. I have been trying to check with the concerned department about the courier but there is no correct response yet.
Requesting you to please take the necessary action.
