I have order a shoe and a belt from Amazon app. On the day of delivery I received a message say your order is delivered but it wasn't delivered. I called Amazon customer care to inform them about it and they said due to wrong scanning this happens many times, you will get your order within * days. Three days past but still I didn't receive the order and I again complained about it. And they told this matter will be now handled by special team. I talked to them and they told me to wait for next ** hr. And surprisingly next day I received a mail from Amazon saying your account is locked but of violating the rules. And now when I call they say your account is blocked so we can't do anything. This things are just irritating, hope I find solution through this channel.
