This is a fresh case. On *th April around **:** I placed an order on the said website. I was assured by the accused about my order placement via message and email. (Scroll down for the message that I have modified for privacy issues.)

However, after that, I was shocked to see there was no cancellation feature on the order. Neither was a contact number or any kind of order tracking system. The only mode of conversation here was the Instagram page. I message them and got minimal responses. After a couple of Monday. I didn't get any response from their side.
I have attached actual conversation with them.
I have lost *** on this and can't find a way to retrieve it. They mentioned in the Instagram that it will take max *-* days for me to receive my order. By now I should have got it and today is the last day.
