I have order "Mi Tv Pro *X ***" from mi.com/in on **.**.****. Till date they have not shipped nor allowed to cancel. I have contact mi helpline on **.**.**** regarding the same. They have provided an information that the product will be shipped within * days. However l have contact them again on **.**.**** regarding the delay of shipping and also I have requested them to cancel the order as l no longer have patience for the delivery and loses interested in the product. They did give me a complaint no and assured thay they will get the problem solved within * days.
I again contact them on **.**.**** they again give me another complaint no by saying that they will solve the problem in three days. I contact them on **.**.**** now again they said the same thing.
I request to please raise my issue and also l want to cancel the order.
