I had ordered a Mobile phone (order id - OD*******************) on **th july after waiting for a long while for the phone to launch lon the flipkart day sale. While entering the shipping details i had mistakenly entered pincode ****** instead of ******, but the address is easily available on google maps as it being in the heart of city. I had made a call on **th of july as flipkart had promised me to deliver it by **am. after waiting for **mins i got connected to an executive eho had promised me to deliver it by evening *pm but never had informed me or rechecked with me for the address.( Neither the address is show on the tracking page/order details page which has been causing inconvenience since the begining).
After not receiving it on **th july i had again made a call on **th july where the excutive themn verified the address and i had brought to his notice about the address being correct but the pincode needs to be changed and he had assured me to do it and had also confirmed of the shipment tot be delivered on *nd august which was never delivered. after making n number of call and asking if i can pickup from the hub or any other place/ requesting again and again for the logistic partner details they never considered to share it with me and always informed of a server issue due to which they could not provide the details. The shipper being ekart which is a subsidary of flipkart still they never proivided me of the details.
I was mentally harrased and totured over calls with rude and inefficient executives who couldnt properly speak/ provide any details and always repeating the same dialogues with an intention to shu away the customer. I had been making call till the *st of august when i got a call stating we cannot change the pincode neither do we have any info about where the shipment is and rudely asked me to cancel the order. I then requested for the floor manager and had made continuous request again, explained him the situation that if i cancel the order i will have to wait for *-** working days to get my money back and then wait for the sale to go live and within that span of *-* minutes where the phone stocks as sold old need to order again. This will cause a lot of hassle and stress to me. Requested him to atleast say where my phone is so that i can personally approach the shipper not considering how far it is from the city and will pickup the device, if the shipper doesnt agree i will cancel the order as it being the last option. Still he rudely Saidme that to cancel the order for which i disagreed as it is just a matter of minir change to pincode which such a big company couldnt do on they systems and causing me alot of mental stress and torture by the excutives. All of a sudden on *st july i got a message stating your order has been cancelled with my permission and the message is so manipulating that it states upon receiving my request to cancel they had done it. Never did a i get a call/ any connection from the company apologising for the issue or any courtesy from the organisation which makes me feel ashamed as a customer. I am still waiting for the organisation to credit my money which is still pending from the past * days.
