i had ordered New Balance Shoes online through Amazon.in on **/**/**** and was promised delivery on **/**/**** and on **/**/**** i got a message informing that the product is out for delivery.i did'nt receive the parcel on **/**/****.then again on **/**/**** i got a message that my parcel is out for delivery.again i didnt receive the parcel on **/**/****.since **/**/**** i am calling Amazon everyday asking them to deliver my parcel since it was a prepaid parcel which was paid by me through Credit Card.But the Amazon customer service guys were giving me false promises that the parcel will get delivered soon and within ** hours.but till **/**/**** there was no delivery from amazon and also there was no one from Amazon calling and briefing me about my parcel.on **/**/**** while talking to the customer service representative they forced me cancel the parcel and get the refund since they were unable to deliver the parcel and they didnt inform me any reason as to why the parcel is not getting delivered.so on **/**/**** i cancelled the parcel online.then till **/**/**** Amazon didnt initiate any refund regarding the same.i again called them up on **/**/**** and asked the status of my refund.then after that they initiated the process of refund and Rs. *,***.** was initiated as Refund whereas i had paid Rs. *,***.** vide my credit card.they transferred the Balance of Rs. ***.** in my Amazon Pay Account.
How can Amazon do that when i had paid Rs. *,***.** vide my credit card.People at Amazon have really wasted so many hours of mine since i have myself called them up ** times since **/**/****.and which initiating a Refund they have transferred Rs. ***.** in my Amazon Pay Account.
They have really harassed me so much and for no fault of mine they issued me less refund since Amazon have forced me to cancel this order of mine.
Amazon does not have any customer service.once they receive money against any order then they become the King and i as a customer became a beggar.
i request you to please take up the matter with Amazon since they have taken me for a ride in the past ** days and harassed me and wasted my time.
