*. That on dated **-**-**** I booked a packet through on Dot Courier, Anaj Mandi **/**, Gunj Bazar, Shimla, HP vide consignment No-*********** at *:**:** pm.
*. The packet contained two books on Electronics and Communication Engineering, which was sent to my son *. That I have paid Rs *** courier charges at Anaj Mandi Shimla.
*. That till date i.e. **-**-**** the packet containing books in it has not been delivered to my son at Vellore, Tamilnadu.
*. That on inquiry there is no positive response from the courier company.
