I made an online purchase of smart watch from crossbeats website worth **** rupees on *th April. The expected delivery time was withing *-* days. It has been more than ** days and haven’t received the product yet. I have been chasing them through all social media platforms and through emails, but have not received any resolution. Everytime, I call them, they say your issue has been raised to the concerned team. I have requa refund, no response from them.
