Had ordered a purple customised Liverpool Jersey for INR **** on Jan **. Shipping policy in their website suggests *-** business days before delivery. Have waited ** business days now without any kind of intimation. Order number PV****.
Also their twitter handle @pynkvilla is extremely rude to customers - multiple people are facing the same problem, and their responses are pathetic. Please look into this.
Payment done via PayU to a "Chintan Mehta" from Kolkata (I think). Email ID: pynkvilla@gmail.com
