I ordered *+*t on ** march ****. amazon shipped package. but after two days app shown details of tracking as "return to seller". so i think that this order is being cancelled. than i ordered honor view **. when i got honor view **. after two days i got a package of *+*t with different AWB no. supposing that this is the another order which i have to receive. at that time amazon app shown same tracking detail of *+*t as "return to seller".
since that time i contacted amazon so many times to return the order. because app not displayed any button of "return" . yet app displayed order is undelivered.
since * months amazon representative told me wait for more * days. my * EMIs already debited. amazon did not care about customers problems.
