I have ordered an item on May *, ****, and it has mentioned that it will be delivered within ** hours. I got the item on May **, ****. It's not the same as shown in the display. Material is of cheap quality and the sleeves are of different lengths. The same day I sent an email to return the product to cs.utsavsuits@gmail.com. They did not respond to my email. I have sent many remainder emails, I pinged them in Facebook messenger, I didn't get any response. I value my money. I liked the product very much and ordered it for one of the functions. Deeply hurt for what this online shopping did to me. I want the person behind this to be punished and refund my money.
