Description I have provided to Oneassist: "I was sitting on the chair at *.**AM and was using phone holding it with both hands and the phone was touching my lap (I was holding the phone very carefully). The chair has hands on both sides that means phone cannot be dropped from the sides. I was watching a movie on the phone. Around *.**AM door bell rang and I got shiver because it was late in the night and due to shiver accidentally the chair crumbled and I fall on the floor. I got some scratches on right hand and cramp in the right leg and my phone screen broke. I checked the phone after getting up and the screen was broke. The touch was working absolutely fine. This happened unexpectedly and it's the case of unintentional/accidentally drop. I informed One-assist early morning. Please verify my case and approve it." The terms and conditions of OneAssist section "Insurance Cover" states that: Accidental damage / Liquid damage: Accidental Damage mean damage to the Insured Product due to unintentional drop or collision of the Insured Product or any object falling on the Insured Product or due to accidental external means. - My case comes under "damage to the Insured Product due to unintentional drop". Oneassist has rejected my claim stating that this is the case of wilful negligence. How it was negligence? Oneassist has done fraud with me. I request Consumer Forum to contact Oneassit and pass my claim.
