This is to bring to your notice that, I ordered * items(kurti) from ajio on **th sep ****, FLO*********/*********. The parcel got delivered on *rd oct ****, which wasn’t smooth ( complaint id COM***********)
I raised a return request for all the items as they were not of standard sizes, on **. Oct ****.
From the next day that was on * oct **** I was getting pickup text everyday day but no one came for pickup neither do call nor inform the reason.
After complaining this to ECOM EXPRESS on * oct ****. ( They don’t provide any complaint id or reference neither do they have any records for anything)
On *th oct **** someone from ecom came and took one order RT******** (AKS textured full sleeves kurta )
But NO STATUS WAS UPDATED ABOUT THE PICKUP
Again complaint logged on ajio ( COM***********)
I am left with * kurtis the order was supposed to be picked up today, after multiple calls, complaints and chaser to ecom and ajio as well.
The pickup was to be done on priority as promised from ecom express.
But as usual no one came neither called.
I am really frustrated by the service because this is going on a loop i have to call ajio and ecom( they don’t have any records I have to explain in detail everything each time) every day with so much of hold time and have to explain each and everything in detail every time
I am highly disappointed.
Why the service is so bad for pickup and returns they only send a single text saying pickup will be done today with no tracking link no name no number nothing.
What do you want?
We will wait everyday at home waiting for them to pickup the items? Seriously! Pathetic.
I can’t explain anymore things to anyone now. Improve your services. Heard enough of apologies with no resolution.
I never faced such trouble from any other e-commerce sites. Every day I have to spend *,* hours calling and tracking and explaining everything.
Ecom express timing is till * pm. But they don’t pickup/ deliver after *.**pm. And update fake status. Pathetic service
*****I demand refund of ₹ **** as well as compensation for the wastage of my time.******
