on **th December booked wooden shoerack and almirah with hamza furniture situated in Shri Ram market , sikanderpur, gurgaon by paying ***** as token amount.
initial promised delivery date was **th December. but it was delayed, after multiple followup they delivered old refurbished furniture claiming as new. realised this after unwrapping the items.
old latches , accessories, broken back surface, chipping, scratches, incomplete almirah work (no door magnet , no balancing ) door doesn't even stay locked.
called the shop to complain, asked them to fix the issues , or exchange/return. but till this day they are making excuses. have been calling them Ever since. now they have stopped taking my calls. I'm stuck with old refurbished furniture. need resolution
