N **TH FEB **** I HIRED OLA CAB ON RENTAL FOR * HRS AND WAS ON MY WAY TO AIRPORT TO PICKUP MY BOSS FROM AIRPORT WHICH IS HARDLY ** -** KM FROM DABA GARDEN (VISHAKAPATNAM ).I WAS ABOUT TO REACH AIRPORT WHICH WAS HARDLY *.* KM,AS MY DRIVER (RONGALA RAMESH - **********) WAS TRYING TO OVERTAKE ONE CAB AND FROM BEHIND HIT MY CAB ON LEFT SIDE CORNER WHERE I WAS SITTING,AND I GOT DIS BALANCE AND I GOT HIT ON MY HEAD ON RIGHT SIDE ABOVE THE EAR. THAN THERE WAS ARGUMENT BETWEEN THE BOTH DRIVERS AND OLA DRIVER CANCELLED THE RIDE AND TOLD ME TO PAY CASH ****,WHICH I DINT HAD ANY OTHER OPTION TO GIVE HIM,WHEN I COMPLAINED TO OLA CUSTOMER CARE AS TO WHY I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FULL AMOUNT WHEN I HAVE NOT UTILIZED SERVICE AND USED BARELY * KM. THEY ARE TELLING,AS PER DRIVER THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED,WHEN I CALLED DRIVER HE IS NOT RESPONDING MY CALLS. INFACT I HAVE THE BILL IN WHICH ITS IS MENTIONED PAID BY CASH. THIS IS CHEATING BY OLA CAB.REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE GET THIS RESOLVED.
