Homigo is not returning my security Deposit.
I left the property on **th October and its more then * month,I haven’t got my deposit back.
On calling them,they say we are “sales” people we don’t know about refunds.
On asking the concern department contact number,they give us the number which is “switched off” from ** days.
On again getting back to “sales” team regarding this,they said we can’t do anything.You can send an e-mail you will get response.
Now after sending several emails also,there is no response.And now the sales people are also not picking our phone.
I didn’t thought I will have this bad experience once I left Homigo....
Is the company running on loss???
What it takes to refund my **,***????
Is it that big amount for this company?
According to the rules of Homigo,we should get security refund within * days and now its almost more then a month!!!!!
Not picking our calls,not replying to our emails even after sending reminders...what kind of cmpany u r....
