I have ordered one noise play vlog camera from gonoise website. and its delivered in * days. i am happy with delivery service. but i saw camera is not working, so i was contact gonoise customer service center. They said me to contact by email then i was send the mail to gonoise then after * days i got replay they said that please contact to customer service. Then same situation repeat almost * times. i dont have choose because i have lost ****₹. so then they said we do not have refund policy. what is this non sense. your not retail dealer your a online store. if customer do not like product they what we do. gonoise you have to refund me my money. they send me gift card but i said that on website no one product is best in class. almost i say its a fraud company.
