- Not getting refund of my rejected flight booking from easemytrip Closed

We have tried to book a return flight trip from Bengaluru to Gorakhpur on Easemytrip portal. I used netbanking option to make the payment of Rs *****/- towards the flight booking. For some reason the the booking got failed but the amount was deducted from the account. I did this booking on **th December ****. Waited for * days for automatic refund in my account but when it did not happen, I enquired my bank regarding the same. The bank confirmed back via an email that the amount is already settled with the merchant. They shared the transaction ID details to confirm the same.
We shared the details from the bank to care@easemytrip.com as suggested by customer care executive of Ease my trip. They also confirmed on call that the amount is credited to their merchant account. Now easemytrip executives and their escalation members keep saying that it will take ** to ** hours to get an update on refund. It's been more than ** days now since we are getting same reply but no significant progress on refund. All that we hear back from easemytrip people that their backend team is working on it and they have some technical problem with payment gateway.
We are very much in need of some help to deal this situation. Please let us know what to do.
