Had booked Maldives package from DMC maldives and my guests were supposed to travel on **th Oct **** but suddenly received flight cancellation update on **th Oct **** from the airline and did not get any substitute airline so guests could not travel and had informed the same to the DMC maldives on same **rd Oct **** only but in this case instead of providing credit shall or rescheduling option DMC maldives refused to do the same and declared that this booking got wasted now got no show and all then we immediately cross checked with the booked maldives property they property said its ok we know this year we understand the situation so we are ready for refund or credit shell or rescheduling but we need this in writing from DMC maldives as we have contract with them so conclusion is property is ready to do refund or credit shell or rescheduling but DMC maldives ignoring our ** plus calls, emails, messages DMC maldives do not want to provide us the service as they want to use that amount for another booking so its clearly fraud, have atached mail trail, voucher, invoice etc and DMC maldives address is C-* | *st Floor | EMGEE SQUARE Building |, Mahatma Gandhi Rd, opp. Padma Theatre |, Kochi, Kerala ****** / Phone: **** *** **** / Mobile +************ & +***********, thanks
