I ordered a bluetooth headset. Amazon sent Samsung bluetooth headset whereas I did not order for Samsung Brand. I sent it back and generated the return ticket. A person came and collected the item. Since then I am waiting for the refund. I mailed many times to Amazon,in, but no reply, no phone call or email is sent to me in this regard.
