I just got a new connection of Excitel broadband on Saturday **th June **** ( Reeltime *+* *** **** plan), for which I paid **** for plan and *** for installation.
Since then I have logged * complaints of poor connectivity and frequent disconnections on which there was no resolution provided and neither was I able to reach customer care over the phone and there is no CHAT support option on their App.
When I have a power cut in my society internet connection does not work if there is a power cut, even if my router is plugged in, turned ON and connected to an inverter socket?
#******* #******* was raised on which no action was taken, and i have contacted chat support through web twice and all they say is we are looking into this.
I am really disappointed in their after sales customer service and would like to discontinue my internet services and get a full refund of the amount that I paid for the plan.
Kindly get someone to reach out to me on *********** as soon as possible.
