Engineer has not visited after his first diagnosis not even to fix back the adaptor and connector he left


Last mail to you guys as fro my side no solutionnguven to me It's day **
And from my side my service request stands open
As I cannot keep reverting to deaf ears where there is no solution given to clients
Everytime u guys are sending erroneous mails from onsite

While Mr Mukesh Pandey took me to his cabin inside with my mom and he kept promising me not to take serious actions ashe has escalated tge maker to higher authorities
Today I am getting a mail from onsitego that my tv does not need any repairs and so I have no issues and this closing my case

On this mail I am ending my conversation as there was no sakes after service and fraudulent and cheap sales tactics croma is cheating with innocent customers where all * companies , onsitego and croma are partners in crime
Croma makes sales and onsitego fools people
They don't send technicians
But their intentions us to take client products and damage tgen and keep customers chasing then for their own products they are actually selling refurbished products
They buy damaged products from Sony and cheap prices sony authrised centres are then in the name of onsitego provides * year warranty to clients
When defective product fail after * or max * years people definitely will approach to get it repaired as in extended warranty
Theythrn promise customer repair at onsite
They take out main components like screen panel or motherboard in the name of diagnosis
And promise spare parts replacements
Then the customer keeps chasing for months and rgey will say tgey arevtrying to arrange parts
Then when warranty is about to kapse they will replace product and give u ** days of warranty but in the mean time your extended warranty will lapse
So you will your tv anyhow

So winding up since ** days not even able to see my own business
I don't need your replies
Let's go legally

From tommorow social media will take care of my case
