Hi team,
I have purchased a realme buds q from real me store app, on **th of August ****, delivered on **th. It didn't work on the first day and I had a visit to realme service center, they have replaced it with a new one. But I don't trust the product quality as it may result in the same issue again. I have requested a return and refund as the product is not used or opened yet. As per realme official twitter response . they don't have a Return policy in their sale . which is not mentioned at the time of purchase. Kindly help me on the same.
