I had ordered * kurta sets from Ajio and after receiving I realised their quality is bad. I requested them to take it back and issue a refund for the same but they ended up telling me all the * kurta sets have this no return only exchange policy. This is a trick to force people to keep subpar products from them which is why no return policy and after requesting them to take it back, there was no response from their side inspite of * calls and various mails to them. Also, products delivered did not fit me well n i requested them to exchange them and deliver the size I require but the response from their side was that they dont have the size required in stock. Any other e-commerce platform would have just taken it back and issued a refund but these guys have just forced me to keep these products and i ended up wasting *.*K plus the harassment that i faced in talking to these arrogant customer care executives plus the waste of time and money. Cannot believe it’s a Reliance owned company.
