I received a damaged item from them; Within * mins of received item I contacted them. But they are asking to share an unpacking video. How are we supposed to share unpacking video; are we expecting damaged item? Now I have sent them the opened cover and other unpacked items video but the lady is responding very arrogantly!. Plz help to get the replacement!
