My name Rajesh Burra s/o B. Venkateshwarlu,Kukatpally, Hyderabad-******. I purchased Oppo F** pro with amount **,*** online in Amazon website on **/**/****.
As per mail communication I received order **/**/****. I got defect piece pop up selfie not working properly, sometimes working and sometimes not working. I called customer care on same day(**th aug ****). Technician visited home, same time properly working (he says if get problem again take a picture and call customer care again we replace the new product again).
Again I called customer with proof and customer care fixed appointment on **th aug, ****. But Technician not visited home he closed the ticket. I called that technician after that I called customer care again. They again fixed appointment on **th Aug, ****. He took with proof defect picture he says.. it is defect product we replace the new product and he said call to customer care next day morning(**th Aug, **** aft **.** AM).
I spoke to customer care, they taken request she said with in **hrs to **hrs. New product will reach my home (suppose to reach new replacement product **th Aug, ****) after speaking they will send feedback survey (they holding conversation)
I did not get any reply from Amazon and no message in between **th Aug, **** to **st Aug, ****.
Again I called customer care on **st Aug, ****(Customer care Executive says there are technical issue product replace not done, I am taking request today(**St Aug ****) New replacement product will reach with in **hrs.
I did not receive any communication till **nd Aug, ****. Again I spoke to customer care they said same story (Customer care Executive says there are technical issue product replace not done, I am taking request today (**nd Aug ****). Finally they took request he replaced new product
Note: Please file a case on Amazon – compensation due to suffer between days (**th Aug **** to **nd Aug, ****). I have so much mental tension because no communication from Amazon)
I would like file case claim for *,**,*****.** to *, **, *****.** Indian rupees.
I understand there is technical issue internally, but customer suppose to intimate customer. They not intimated anything.
Please take action and claim a file,.
