From the day i bought my laptop i m facing problems in my laptop ..on the next day i bought my laptop its display started showing abnormal impressions because it was under its terms and condition they gave me a new unit and after that within * month the keyboard stopped working and and they replace it for me and now my laptop is going into sleep when i close my laptop and there are abnormal impressions on its screen..According to Asus they ll only replace a defective product product only if u r able to find that defect within *days from the date of purchase ..because i was continuously facing these issues and i was losing money because of the transportation to the service centre and phone calls and i m mentally exhausted because of this recurring issue which is happening in new laptop.so i asked for a new unit or refund and they are saying it won't be possible...i m a person who is preparing for writing examinations to get a job.the only reason i bought this is to study for my exams and prepare not..i m going around and making calls for the past *.*months for my laptop..i have lost lots of my precious time...plz take action..either i need a new unit and compensation or refund and compensation for what i had to go through.
