I have applied for a new connection in the month of March and paid amount of **** Rs for * months plan on day * itself. But after that they continuously delaying to give the connection almost * to * weeks extended but no use even after continuous reminders to your office executives and then I decided to cancel the connection. I raised cancel request but even after ** days I did not receive my money back.
Again I thought to reactivate the connection and then I have reached to the local office located in my home town ** days back. But still I did not get the connection. These people are not giving proper response always.
