please don't go with ACT internet connection..because service is very very worst...i have take connection from ACT in **/*/**** and i have paid in **/*/**** i already told to the sales manager..i need connection too fast..because internet is need for Work from home purpose..but after * days they came and give username and paswword ..but it is not activated..they told it take some more * days..so i deside to disconnect ACT connection..but today date is **/*/****..still refund not given ..their customer care number is very bad resonse..some time number switch off..some time noth reachable..this time..but at the connection time number available only...i have mailed my problem to nodal officer chennai branch..but still no response..first learn what is NODAL in terms..
