I ordered 'Carbamide Forte Multivitamin for Men and Women with ** ingredients-*** Tablets' and 'SFT Alsi seeds (Flax seeds) *Kg' on **th July ****, costing Rs. ***.**, order # ***-*******-*******. One of my orders 'SFT Alsi seeds (Flax seeds) * kg' arrived at **th July ****, I got a call from the delivery guy, when I told him to deliver at my address he rudely asked me to collect the order from a location
(C.R.P.F. Pinjore, Haryana) which is *.* km from my area, and that area had fresh cases of Covid-** at that time, when I refused, my parcel was sent back to the seller. So, on the same day, **th July ****, I complained about the issue through Amazon customer chat support and they apologised and reordered the mentioned good on my behalf, order # ***-*******-******* . That order again arrived at **th July **** and I was again called *.* km to collect the order, and was told that 'parcel is undeliverable at my location', although they have been delivering at another location of the same PIN code and Amazon.in itself shows that the delivery is available at my location. So I again went on to register my complaint on Amazon Customer support and have to go through multiple chat and calls with various people, some simply disconnected the calls, and the chat support team left in the middle of conversation and finally they apologised and told me they've registered a complain against the delivery guy and it won't happen again. But, on **th July my another part of the order 'Carbamide Forte Multivitamin for Men and Women with ** ingredients-*** Tablets' arrived at the nearby delivery station and returned without informing me. The order was for my mother, Naresha Negi who's suffering from Anaemia with Hb *.*. I didn't purchase medicines at offline store due to covid pandemic now my mother's condition might deteriorate as the multivitamins were not delivered, and for the humiliation and waste of time that I am going through, since last one week, I need a compensation of Rs. **,***.
