I ordered a mobile phone MI A* from Amazon. Firstly my order was cancelled by the delivery agent without letting me know and for no reason. When I reached out to Amazon they assured that my order will be re-routed but then afterwards nothing happened and they continued with the cancellation process. When I asked for resolution they said we can not do anything place a new order. I requested them to provide me with the same deal I got on my original order which is cancelled as the deal got changed and there is a loss of **** rupees in reordering. No help is received from their side as they dishonoured their contract to deliver me the goods they should provide me with the same at the same price if new order needs to be placed.
