- More than 30 days and Amazon did not delivered my fridge Open

I have ordered a whirlpool fridge on *th May and Amazon delivered a defective piece. This was returned to Amazon on **nd (even pickup was delayed by Amazon, without informing that pick up is delayed due to an expectation that fridge has to be properly packed, but Amazon did not care to tell that). After pickup till the day *th June the replacement fridge still not received and every call to Amazon resulted in a wait time of ** hours.
On May **st, when I called them back again it has been extended to *-* days saying that they have not received the defective fridge which was duly picked up by Amazon on **nd itself. After a long follow-up, Amazon on *th June said due to a technical glitch they cannot deliver the fridge for the next one month and they will cancel the order. While I am waiting for my money to be returned. They have placed one more order of the product without my knowledge and asked me to wait till *th June to get it delivered.
Suddenly a pickup is scheduled for pick fridge from my home on *th June, though they have already done that on **nd May, not sure what this type of harassment and suddenly I receive a mail saying pickup is complete.
Then by the end of *th June, they called me and said cannot deliver again and order will be cancelled. Amazon told that money will be returned after * working days and after that, I can place the order again, without any feeling of regret or thinking from customer shoes. Now Amazon is not reachable on *th June to decide the fate of my order. I am fined and am suffering from the logistics problem at their end and still waiting for the fridge. My old fridge (exchange item) has been picked up on *th and till today I do not have a fridge in hot summer days. This is clearly a suffering, mental agony, family pressure due to lack of fridge and Amazon clearly is not acting for benefit of the customer, rather talking about policies which will benefit Amazon and not the Customer. I would like this forum to immediately intervene in this matter and help me.
