Dear Sir,
I have made wrong transaction of fund transfer from ICICI Bank( A/c no.************,IFSC:ICIC*******) to customer of Janakalyan Sahakari bank Ltd.,( A/c No.***************, IFSC:JSBL*******) through IMPS mobile banking, of Rs.***,Rs.**** on **th March **** and Rs.**,*** on *th April ****.
This fund supposed to transfer in the A/c ***************, same branch.
I have informed immediately to beneficiary bank in personally on next day. But they are not received my request in writing & ignored. The bank manager said that you are not our customer and don’t come to our bank. ( Have the Audio /Video proof ) and only assured that they will freez the wrong benificiary account, the time sufficient balance with account. Then I have informed to my ICICI Bank in writing on **th April, due to lockdown. Our ICICI Bank accepted my request ( Request Nos.SR*********,SR********* and SR********* respectively )and sent mail to beneficiary bank in two times to refund the amount. But beneficiary bank manager is not cooperating and not responding in well either with me or with my ICICI Bank . Still fund not refunded from wrong beneficiary bank.
