I opted for mobile protection plan for my device for Rs. *** while purchasing the same(October ****) and I applied for the claim through Jeeves on **th June **** and they gave me a link for payment of Rs. **** for processing the claim which I did on the same day and they confirmed the payment by **th June ****. After the payment only they were saying their workshop is closed and it may take some time to do the repair. I tried to escalate the issue to their escalation desk, but they always reply with a mail saying that it is forwarded to concerned team and that’s the only response. Now it’s about * months since the claim was registered, and I actually repaired the device from authorised service center by paying the repair cost. Still these Jeeves guys haven’t gave any response on the same and not even refunded the processing fee atleast. I urge you to refund atleast the processing fee of Rs.****.
