On the *rd of June i purchased an ICICI Lombard policy through the ICICI imobile app by mistake while going through the policy details. An amount of Rs. **** was deducted from my account. I immediately called up the ICICI lombart customer support and requested for a policy cancellation. As i cancelled the policy immediately i did not receive any Policy number. I did not even receive an email from Lombart confirming the payment. I have submitted my bank statement along with the SMS confirmation as well to them.

when i contacted the ICICI Lombart customer care, I was told that they cannot close the policy as they do not have a Policy number and I was to contact ICICI bank. When I called up the ICICI bank customer support I was told that the payment shows credited to ICICI lombart and I had to get a mail from them stating that they have not received the payment. ICICI bank says that Lombart needs too resolve the issue and Lombart says that i need to approach the bank. I have been following up with no success since the **rd of June.


I have been following up since the *rd of June for this and feel totally harrassed. I have not been issued a policy nor has the amount been refunded back to me. The customer care at both ends only say they are not able to trace the amount.

Please help me out with a solution to this as Rs**** was deducted from my account and **** is a big amount to me. I still attaching the statement of my back account which shows that **** was deducted on *rd june, bu Lombard says they are unable to trace the payment.
