Amazon Froud with me, I order OnePlus * (Onyx Black *GB RAM+***GB Storage) on *st of August’**** and Amazon agent came to my home on *th August and handover courier to me in front of Security Guard. When I opened this packet and found Mobile phone not in box and Amazon deliver to me one small pack of Juices, I am continue following the Amazon and they take * days’ time and ensure me you will received your payment or Mobile phone. On **th August’****, when I called them now they denying for refund amount and mobile, they forcelly updating me your phone already delivered on *th August. I mailed on same day and lodge the compliant but no solution also Amazon agent accepted I have not received the packet
