Resolution Demanded:
Refund
Damages
Hi,
I have purchased Mitsubishi AC on * May **** at RakhiWala Shop, Chennai. After few months we are seeing one or other fault in purchased AC and we have been reaching out to dealer & service center back and forth.
Basically my purchase comes with Sales and Service Warranty. Service is taken care by Freeze Aircons (Washermenpet, Chennai).
Ever since my purchase, I have been forced to reach to service center every time due to AC unit not working as expected.
on **th Nov **** - Customer care team audited and found indoor Coil Leak, AC gas leak and corrected problem after a while.
on *rd Dec **** - As per customer care team confirmed on audit that Indoor unit cooling coil replaced as unit is not working.
on **st Jan **** - Outdoor Unit again stopped working, and they have took PCB and motor by hand for further checks and service.
post **st Jan **** - they have not returned AC unit and not responded properly to calls and not at all updating us with proper details.
Past * months we have been not using AC and also the shop where we have purchased is not helping us either.
We tried reaching to Mitsubishi Customer care number - and they have asked directly reach out to freeze Aircon who is not helping or updating for very long time.
Could you also help us from here.
Thanks,
Balaji
