My order id is FL**********.
I placed an order on *st Nov for ** clothing items. I received a package on *th Nov with just two clothing item while on the package it was mentioned that three of the clothing items were present. I received only two items.But I paid for three items. I also received a confirmation message about successful delivery of all three clothing items. I tried to connect with them through customer care,there wasn't any response after multiple attempts.So I wrote a mail to their official mail id.They asked me to upload the package photos in Ajio app. Since I haven't found any option to upload photos in Ajio app. I sent all the required photos to the same mail id.There is no response from their end yet. I would like to get my missing item or refund.
