I booked a deluxe room for * nights in hotel fab express Victoria by seeing the photo in the app based platform. When I was given the room it was not as shown in the app picture also the staff admitted about this that wrong picture is uploaded in the application. The room was very small and stinky. This is a misrepresentation of their product. Misleading the consumer by charging a higher amount for the small room. After speaking to the customer care they are giving some other hotel for which I have to pay the extra amount of about **** rupees. Why should I pay for their misrepresentation? It is their mistake and they should upgrade with no extra charges from me.
