I'm extremely disappointed with Amazon. It's frustrating that they didn't mention the Firestick *K Max version. How was I supposed to know about it? Now, as I try to return the regular *K version, Amazon is saying it's not possible, even though I haven't even unboxed the delivered parcel. They claim they didn't list the *K Max because it's out of stock, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist! If the *K Max is a better product, why remove it from the comparison page? It's misleading to customers to exclude a product from being compared just because it's unavailable. This feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers.
