Refund
. I am writing in regard to my order no **********, placed on oct **, **** at *:**pm. Upon receiving the order, I found that the quantity of food was significantly less than what I had ordered. I contacted your customer service team immediately and was assured that a refund would be processed within **-** hours.
Unfortunately, it has been over a week, and I have not received the promised refund. When I followed up on ** oct, I was informed that no refund would be processed and that I would be issued a coupon instead. However, this coupon does not meet my needs as I expected a direct refund.
I kindly request that you honor the original commitment made by your team and process the refund at the earliest. I would appreciate confirmation once the refund is initiated.
