IMMEDIATELY AFTER DELIVERY I RAISED THE ISSUE REGARDING **
PRODUCT ON WHICH THEY AGREED TO GIVE REPLACEMENT ON THE NEXT
DAY i.e. **/**/****. BUT THEY WERE NOT DELIVERY THE REPLACEMENT
AND EACH DAY MAKING EXCUSED AND MAKING FALSE PROMISES THAT " IT
WILL BE DELIVERED TODAY, IT WILL BE DELIVERED TOMORROW etc" AS PER
THEIR CONVENIENCE. WHEN TODAY (**/**/****) I FINALLY ASKED THEM
TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE AS I COULD NOT BEAR IT MORE AND PROVIDED
THEM TWO OPTIONS EITHER PROVIDE REPLACEMENT TODAY OR REFUND
THE MONEY IN MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD, ON WHICH THEY AGAIN
SAID YES AND I ASKED THEM TO SEND THE SAME CONFIRMATION IN
WRITTEN ON MAIL THEY SAID WHEN THE REFUND WILL BE INITIATED YOU
WILL THE MAIL AUTOMATICALLY ON WHICH I ASKED THEM TO GIVE A
TIME FRAME THEY SAID TODAY ITSELF IN WORKING HOURS. BUT NOW IT
IS **:** STILL NO CONFIRMATION MAIL AND NO REFUND HAS BEEN
GENERATED YET AS USUAL WRONG PROMISES MADE BY THIS COMPANY.
THEY ARE ONLY WASTING CONSUMER TIME AND MISGUIDING CONSUMER
AS THEY DON'T WANT TO RESOLVE IT AND WANT FROM CONSUMER TO
FORGET THE THINGS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK WITH PENALTY AS THEY
WASTED MY TIME AND MISGUIDED ME.
