Today i have purchased two packet of amul milk from "General Store" which is situated in Govindpuri near Clal Chowk, New Delhi-******,here i have mentioned the product batch number with expiry date batch:BF***:**, use by **/**/****, when i was going to boil milk for drinking, milk became paneer, on that time i went to the shop and shown the milk packet to them who were sitting in side in a counter, i explained them everything about the problem but they repetadly said the they do not have any responsibility this product, so they could not exchange the product or compensation. I was so upset, i have paid money for the product but in return i got only disappointment.
