I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding an attempted delivery of medicines by your courier service. The tracking number for the delivery attempt is B********.



However, the delivery was intended for a different recipient at a different Pin Code as per Online Tracking. I tried contacting Customer Service and got no response.



This attempted wrong delivery of vital medicines has raised serious concerns about the accuracy and reliability of your courier service. The safe and timely delivery of medicines is crucial for the well-being and health of individuals, and any error in this process can have serious consequences.

I request an immediate investigation into this incident and appropriate action to rectify the mistake and ensure that the medicines are delivered to the correct recipient and address. Moreover, I urge you to reinforce training and procedures within your organization to prevent such errors in the future, particularly when handling sensitive medical deliveries.
